Shipping outside New Zealand
We will ship to almost any country, a full list is included in the shipping section of our checkout page. We use NZ Post for our international deliveries with options to suit your needs and budget. The site only displays Air and Economy rates but we can organise express deliveries by request. Please note that economy rates are about 15% lower than International Air but significantly slower delivery times. We can also offer 10kg and 25kg Special Courier boxes at quite good discounts on normal rates. Please inquire if you are interested in these sizes.

Shipping within New Zealand
We ship either by courier or NZ Post. These options are presented in the shopping cart which can then give you an immediate price.
NZ Post deliveries should arrive within 3 working days to all non rural areas, a few days more may be required where the address is remote.
The courier service delivers next day Monday to Friday to all non rural destinations for the North Island and 1 to 2 working days for South Island. Deliveries to rural addresses or over a weekend may take longer.
Flowers for delivery in Wellington are sent by same day courier if the order is received by us before 9.30am (NZ time), deliveries outside Wellington are either sent by overnight courier or to ensure freshness our florist uses her network of contacts to arrange for a delivery from a florist close to the recipient. If you want them delivered for a particular date (eg Birthday) then please enter the date required in the delivery details box. Unfortunately nobody delivers on Sundays.
We aim to ship our products within 2 working days of receiving your payment, and will confirm by email when your order has been shipped. In the event your order will be delayed for any reason we will contact you immediately. If you have a specific delivery timeframe please select the most appropriate delivery method and let us know when you place your order.
We will only ship to physical addresses, orders to Postal Boxes or Private Bag addresses will not be dispatched. (If you only have a PO Box we do understand just email us and we can often give you a special exemption)
We reserve the right to ask for further evidence of credit card ownership and to not accept orders at our discretion.
Shipping and packaging costs:
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the total order (please note weights shown on products are net weights and the actual weight which includes packaging is applied for calculating the shipping cost) The rates we charge are as close as possible to the actual cost from the shipping company. A calculation to cover the extra weight of the packaging is included. These rates do change from time to time and we update the website accordingly.
Flowers and Gifts with Wine are only sent by courier and have a set rate which is the courier fee dependant on the destination selected.
We charge a set NZ$5.95 for handling and packaging each order (excluding flowers). By charging a set fee per order rather than adding a packaging cost to each item your costs for purchasing multiple items are reduced and you know upfront how much you are paying for this service.
You can always view the total cost including your shipping charges before completing your order.
All goods are dispatched in suitable packaging to ensure their safe arrival.
Prices on the website are quoted in NZ$ and include any NZ taxes. Payments via credit card will be debited in your own currency at the current daily conversion rate at the Bank. Your Bank may charge you a small conversion fee for this as they do for all such transactions.
We accept Visa and Master card. Either through our secure online payment system or you can call us or post your details if you do not wish to use your card online.
If you do not have a credit card you can generate an order by going through the check out and clicking on the ï¿½pay by other means buttonï¿½ at the final stage. We accept payment via cheque, direct deposit,and paypal. Please contact us and we will give you the information you will require for this. Dispatch of orders will be delayed until funds have been received.
All goods shipped will bear the required documentation including a description of the goods and their cost.
You are considered the importer of record and must ensure your order meets the customs and legal requirements of your country. Any duties or taxes levied by customs once the package reaches your country must be borne by you. Import duties and taxes are different for every country and we recommend you check with your local authority if you have concerns about this.
Returns / Refunds:
If your order is received damaged or any product supplied is defective we will provide a refund (in the form in which we received your payment), or a replacement (if available) or issue you a store credit, upon our receipt of the goods. You must inform us within 30 days of purchase if you wish to make a claim. Returned goods must be returned postage paid, in the original package however this may be waived at our discretion. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement goods.
We do not refund or exchange if you just change your mind.

It is illegal to purchase alcohol when under the age of 18 and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase alcohol. Customers are required to certify that they are 18 years of age or over to be able to purchase alcohol from this site. Falsely stating that you are 18 years of age or over is a prosecutable offence under section 172 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 and subject to a fine of up to $2000 or conviction. Alcohol sales can only be delivered to NZ addresses
By making a purchase from anything for you limited of your own free will, you indemnify us and agree to hold us harmless against any future claim, including those for damages or costs in relation to your use of any products or services supplied or your use of our service in general.
If you make a fraudulent order or attempt to obtain any goods or services from us in what we believe to be a fraudulent manner, we reserve the right to prosecute you under the law of the country in which you reside or take any other measures we choose, such as providing any information you have supplied to us to the relevant authorities or organisations who blacklist individuals at our discretion.
